Carlton has just completed a new single story extension and Utility & Shower room to a property in the Pedmore area. The extension has added a new vaulted ceiling kitchen and lounge with a shower room off and Utility with laundry.

Carlton is actively contacting land and property owners

whilst also talking with a number of local agents to secure

 a number of new sites to take forward to planning.

Our wish is  to promote a new look and contemporary style

which it is hoped will be the design standard to

aspire to in the future.

We are always looking for new sites, small and large

which we will fully fund through each of

the stages of development.
