St Anns Orchard was previously owned by the N.H.S., the grade II listed building was used as an old peoples nursing home. It has been renovated and refurbished to create 4 privately owned, three storey town houses with garaging.
On the project we were able to work with the conservation officer to retain many special features in the property. This was archived whilst upgrading the property to conform with the current building regulations and fitting in with modern living styles and standers.
